Tender And Wilder...

This tiny wonder was found during a trek in the wilderness of Bandipur Forest, Karnataka. It had an enchanting fragrance and it was the only one of its kind around. I couldnt find another one during the entire trek.

One of my best macros till date, and i am relieved i didnt mess up with focus here. And for post processing, did i dare touch this beauty! its too tender to touch... :)

Penancing Tree....

Taken on the beautiful Himavad Gopalaswamy Betta, Near Bandipur forest in Karnataka. The solitary stoic looking tree appeared to me as a sage immersed in a deep penance standing on a single leg and placing the second leg on the knee of the other.
